[doodle] Comfort Zone

Some of you guys have read about my Anxiety on my Journal. You all are so kind to me, and suggesting me to stay calm and start things slow. Or I should do something that help clear my mind first, and then slowly go for it. It really helped a lot. Thank you. 

I will start thing slow, one step at the time. breath. take my time (not all day lol) One day I will overcome it.
